​His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, in a titah reminds for Universiti Brunei Darussalam, UBD, to stress upon the graduates that their activities are not only for their own good but also to serve the nation, religion and country. His Majesty made the reminder during UBD's 35th Convocation Ceremony, 21st August morning.

In the titah, His Majesty expresses gratitude to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala in being able to be together at this year's UBD Convocation. His Majesty sincerely congratulates the graduates for successfully completing their studies in their respective fields. His Majesty also congratulates the parents, guardians and academic workforce for their support and encouragement throughout the graduates' time in UBD.
