In the afternoon, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di- Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam bid farewell to His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, Sultan Yang Dipertuan of Johor Darul Ta'zim. Also present was Yang Amat Mulia Tunku Idris Iskandar Al-Haj ibni Sultan Ibrahim, Tunku Temenggong of Johor.

Prior to leaving, a Doa Selamat was read by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia Doctor Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz bin Juned, the State Mufti.
