​His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah says the visit of His Excellency Srettha Thavisin, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand reflects the continued close and long-standing relations between Brunei Darussalam and Thailand. His Majesty made the titah during a Bilateral Meeting with His Excellency the Prime Minister of Thailand that took place at Baitul Mesyuarah, Istana Nurul Iman, 10th October afternoon. Earlier, His Majesty received in audience His Excellency the Prime Minister of Thailand at Cheradi Laila Kenchana, Istana Nurul Iman. Present at the Audience Ceremony were members of the Royal Family.

Prior to the Audience Ceremony, His Majesty welcomed His Excellency, and subsequently introduced His Excellency to members of the Royal Family. Also in attendance was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar, Minister of Health as Minister-in-Attendance.​
