​His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam received in audience Yang Terhormat Major General TNI Deddy Suryadi, Commanding General, Special Forces of the Indonesian Army, Indonesia National Armed Forces. The Audience Ceremony took place at Istana Nurul Iman, 11th November afternoon.

Yang Terhormat Major General TNI Deddy Suryadi and delegation are in the country for a three-day official visit in conjunction with Petir Sakti Exercise which is currently held between the Special Forces Regiment, Royal Brunei Armed Forces and Indonesia National Armed Forces. Accompanying Yang Terhormat was His Excellency Dr. Achmad Ubaedillah, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Indonesia to Brunei Darussalam. Also present were Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence, and Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
