Even Hollywood's most private couples couldn't stay in for this event.

To the delight of many fans, Christina Aguilera and her fiancé Matthew Rutler stepped out Saturday night to attend a cause dear to many celeb parents' hearts.

The "Beautiful" singer and her man were spotted holding hands and wrapping their arms around each other as they posed for photos at the Fifth Annual Baby2Baby Gala.

Christina opted for a black jumpsuit with a plunging neckline while Matthew wore a classic suit and tie with comfy sneakers.

Once inside, the pop superstar would mingle with guests including Baby2Baby co-presidents Kelly Sawyer Patricof and Norah Weinstein.

While the private couple tries to shy away from cameras and social media, the famous pair was more than happy to raise awareness for Baby2Baby while having a fun date night.

Guests including Kate Hudson, Jessica Alba and Julie Bowen enjoyed a performance from Boyz ll Men after the silent auction raised more than $3 million. 

Proud mom Jennifer Garner was also on-hand to accept an award from her friend and former co-star Matthew McConaughey.

As for Christina and Matthew, the couple has been engaged since February 2014. And for those hoping for some wedding news, you may just have to stay patient.

"I want to plan it and cherish the moment, while not feeling rushed. So when the schedule is more clear and I can take some downtime again, I can focus on that," Christina shared back in 2015. "Our love is secure enough that we don't need a wedding to prove our love and commitment."

She added, "We are enjoying our daughter, our family and our work for now."
