BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN

A local company was fined for failing to pay the employee contribution under the Employee Trust Act and the Supplemental Contributory Pensions Trust Order, 2009.

Altco Parking was charged by the Employee Trust Fund, TAP for failing to pay the employees' TAP and SCP contributions during the set period. The Bandar Seri Begawan Magistrate's Court fined the company $1,800. Altco Parking was ordered to settle the fine and all outstanding TAP and SCP contributions not later than the 21st of March 2024.
