Perhaps you should ask Matt Stonie, who can scoff down an entire 3lb gummy worm in less than eight minutes.

Stonie, who shares his videos via YouTube here, is ranked as second in the world by the Major League Eating for his impressive competitive eating.

While he managed the entire worm, Stonie’s jaw was aching by the end of the clip so he doesn’t recommend you try to recreate the challenge at home.

And neither do we – that’s a whole lot of sugar.
