Spring Rolls are among the Preferred Choice of Snacks served during Aidilfitri

'Popia Gulung' or Spring Roll is one of the popular Hari Raya snacks served during Aidilfitri even though there are various cakes and snacks available. An entrepreneur from RPN Bukit Beruang tries to preserve in making said delicacy since starting out the venture 14 years ago.
Dayang Nurul Nazurah binti Mohammad of Syarikat Dhofwstul' Aisy began the 'Popia Gulung' business in a small scale with her family. The business grew following the ever increasing demand for it especially in the upcoming Aidilfitri celebration. According to her, their Spring Roll is unique as it the content is hand processed using fresh dried shrimps.
Dayang Nurul Nazurah also shared the challenges she faced in preparing spring rolls, such as competitions and maintaining the quality of the spring roll's content to remain as the people top choice until now.
