Water is highly precious and is a basic necessity in daily life. As a consumer, one must practise prudence and use water according to need only. Hence, parents must teach their children from a young age to utilise water properly and not to waste it, as well as use other water-saving alternatives. This was among the matters highlighted in the Friday Sermon titled 'Appreciate and Be Grateful for the Blessings of Water.'

As a responsible citizen, we must always monitor our water usage through water bills ans settle said bills in the given time, especially if there arrears to avoid it being a burden in the future, and repair any leaking pipes in private homes. Be an attentive consumer by reporting to relevant parties if there is a leak from government water pipes at the side of the road, and if there is suspicious activity such as using water from fire hydrants without the authority's permission. Avoid spreading fake news to allow the related parties to carry out maintenance works efficiently.
