The Committee Meeting for His Majesty's 78th Birthday Celebration for Tutong District took place at the official residence of the Tutong District Officer.

The meeting was chaired by Awang Mohammad Sofian bin Haji Basri, Acting Tutong District Officer. Among the agendas discussed were the preparation for official events of the celebration; proposed sectoral events including religious, community and sports events as well as the Launching Ceremony to Start Reading Al-Qur'an Verses for the 78 times Khatam Ceremony.
