​His Royal Highness Prince Haji Sufri Bolkiah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, President of Brunei Darussalam National Olympic Council watched the first Brunei International Wushu Championship 2024. The championship was held on 3rd May morning, at the Youth Centre in the capital.

5 categories are competed during the championship namely Men's Freestyle Chang Quan (Male), Nan Quan (Male), Nan Quan (Female), Group C Dao Shu (Male) and Traditional Quanshu (Female). His Royal Highness presented medals to winners of the Freestyle Chang Quan for male category.

Earlier, the championship was officiated by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports.
