BSB

The TAFIS 2.0 system has been launched to replace the previous system effective from the 1st of April in line with the commencement of the Financial Year 2024/2025.

For any new system, it is expected to have issues and challenges at the beginning of its use including the 'System Stabilization Period'.

The Ministry of Finance and Economy, MOFE is highly concerned on the public's response and complaints and apologizes for any difficulties encountered.

MOFE through the Treasury Department also took immediate steps to deal with the issues and challenges that arose.

Among them are accelerating trainings in Ministries and Government Departments; Organising intensive courses for the 'Purchase Order', PO and payment modules; setting up a 'User Clinic' at MOFE for those who need assistance; 'ICU Payment Clinic' to facilitate claim payment process, and suppliers are advised to register in the 'Government Vendor Portal', GVP.

With these steps, users and suppliers should check their respective emails to ensure that there are no inquiries during registration.

For further information, contact the Customer Service Centre Unit or email as shown below.

MOFE once again apologizes for any difficulties encountered and the cooperation, understanding and support of the users and the Government suppliers is highly encouraged.
