Daily work can be religious deeds and received a great reward from Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala. Every work will gain the blessings of Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala by intending solely for His sake and working in accordance with the syarak. The matter was among the content of a Dawn Talk in conjunction with the 30th Civil Service Day titled "Perkhidmatan Cemerlang, Berpaksikan Iman". The function was held at the Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque in the capital.

Present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yusof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence. The talk was delivered by Pengiran Ahmad Faris Ramadhani bin Pengiran Haji Sallehuddin, Mosque Affairs Officer. The Dawn Talk was one of the side activities in the Civil Service Day Charity Recreational Event.
