Twelve students and four teachers from the Higher Education Unit Cadets Club of the Duli Pengiran Muda Al-Muhtadee Billah College (MDPMAMB) recently volunteered to lend a helping hand to the Learning Ladders Centre, the centre for autism and other neurological disorders, located in Gadong.

Activities carried out during the volunteering programme included a cleaning campaign and the distribution of toys and books to the children at the centre.

Prior to the community service activity, the volunteers organised a 15-day toy drive (from November 7-21) at MDPMAMB to collect toys and books for the the children at Learning Ladders Centre.

The club sees this volunteer project as a great opportunity for its members to contribute towards the special needs community.
