Just when we thought Tyga had finished dealing with his financial issues...

E! News has learned the rapper is now being sued in another lawsuit for failing to make car payments on a red 2016 Ferrari 488.

We obtained the documents which state Alex Benedict has filed the suit against Tyga after the rapper failed to pay him for the fancy car. According to the docs, Benedict is leasing the Ferrari and made an agreement with Tyga in May to take over the payments. However, the rapper didn't pay him, and by August Benedict had to have the car repossessed.

Benedict and Tyga then entered into another agreement where the rapper was allowed to use the car until Oct. 9, 2016, but he never returned the vehicle. Thus, the Ferrari was repossessed again in early November.

Benedict is seeking $150,000 in damages from the rapper as well as attorney fees and punitive damages.

In more of Tyga's financial news, as of Nov. 1, E! News learned Tyga had made "significant payments" toward the $280,000 debt he owed celebrity jeweler Jason Arasheben (Jason of Beverly Hills).

A source told us at the time that one of the rapper's lawyers appeared in court last month and confirmed "the remaining balance of the obligation will be satisfied."
