The International School Brunei (ISB) recently presented a total of four scholarships to Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn of Thailand's Royal Scholarship Project at the Chitralada Palace in Bangkok, Thailand.

The scholarship recipients, aged between 12 and 17 years, will, be selected by Her Royal Highness and attend the full boarding school in ISB for a total of eight weeks, starting in April 2017, said a press release.

English learning will be the main course subject and the scholarship recipients will also interact with their respective ISB classmates while studying and living in the ISB Residence boarding house.

"It is our privilege and honour to be able to participate and support in Her Royal Highness Royal Scholarship Project," said ISB's Business Development Manager, Ang Beng Siong.

"We hope that through these scholarships, the recipients will take back with them the learning experiences, friendships and life skills gained, then go on to become independent and responsible global citizens."
