Brunei Darussalam's wushu athletes enjoyed the first day of the 3rd Ding Feng Cup International Wushu Championship after collecting an impressive haul of five gold, one silver and three bronze at Han Chiang Indoor Stadium in Penang, Malaysia yesterday.

Koh Yun C won nanquan gold and nangun bronze while Hosea Wong Zheng Yu won 42 taijijian gold and freestyle taijijian bronze and Ericsson Bong Cheng Loong won changquan sanlu gold and chuji daoshu bronze.

Sherissa Lim Wan Chi claimed gold in the 1st routine changquan while compatriot Ling DeXuan took silver in the same event.

Chu Ching Weng joined in the act with a gold medal in the freestyle daoshu.
