The president is reportedly seeking answers before he leaves office in January.
President Barack Obama is looking for some answers.
On Friday, homeland security adviser Lisa Monaco said the president ordered a "full review" of Russian hacking during the 2016 presidential election, according to The Washington Post.
During a breakfast hosted by The Christian Monitor, Monaco said Obama wants the review completed before he leaves office on January 20, 2017.
The report would investigate how the hacks against the Democratic National Committee and other Democratic Party groups, which the Russian government is suspected of committing, influenced the electoral process.
