HM Left Turkey After Attending 13th OIC Summit

ISTANBUL, TURKEY
His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, on Friday left the Republic of Turkey after attending the 13th Session of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Summit which was held at the Istanbul Congress Centre, Republic of Turkey.
Before leaving the hotel, a Doa Selamat was recited by the State Mufti, Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia Dr. Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz bin Juned.
Earlier, His Majesty attended the closing ceremony of the 13th Session of the OIC Summit at the Istanbul Congress Centre, Republic of Turkey.
His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, consented for a pray prior to his departure from the Republic of Turkey.
The ceremony began with closing remarks by Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the Republic of Turkey and Chairman of the 13th Session of the OIC Summit. This was followed by the adoption of the final communiqué of the 13th Session of the OIC Summit and the Istanbul Declaration by leaders of the OIC.
The 14th Session of the OIC Summit is set to be held in the Islamic Republic of The Gambia in 2019.
