His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has sent a message of congratulations to Simon William English on the occasion of his appointment as the Prime Minister of New Zealand.

In the message, His Majesty wished Simon William English much success in his new post and looked forward to working closely with him in enhancing the warm friendship and cooperation so happily enjoyed by the two countries and people, both bilaterally and as partners in the Asia-Pacific region.

His Majesty ended the message by extending his kindest regards and very best wishes to Simon William English.
