BruONZ Summer Games to conclude with Gala Dinner

The BruONZ Summer Games is an annual event for Brunei students studying in Australia and New Zealand while they are back in Brunei for the holidays. The Brunei Students’ Association of New Zealand (BSANZ) will be hosting the event this year. This is the second time BSANZ Otago will be hosting, the last time was back in 2012. This year is the first time BSANZ Auckland will be assisting in hosting the event. The Games, which include Badminton, Futsal, Netball and Dodgeball, kicked off on 4 January. They will conclude on 14 January with a Gala Dinner at The Rizqun International Hotel.
The Australian High Commission is proud to be sponsoring the Gala Dinner, which will begin with a networking session and will be attended by Australian High Commissioner, H.E. Nicola Rosenblum, and Brunei’s High Commissioner to New Zealand, Datin Tan Bee Yong. The event is an opportunity for students currently studying in Australia and New Zealand to meet with established and influential Bruneians who also studying in Australia and New Zealand.
