A 32-year-old Indonesian man denied a charge of entering Brunei without a valid pass, in the Magistrate's Court yesterday.

Adam will be bringing five witnesses to prove his innocence.

DPP Atiyyah Abas has five witnesses to testify against the defendant.

Senior Magistrate Haji Nabil Daraina bin Pehin Dato Ustaz Haji Badaruddin fixed the case for trial on January 30 and 31, 2017.
