In conjunction with RPN Kampung Panchor Mengkubau Residents Carnival, a Mengkubau Fun Night Ride 2.0 will take place on January 28 - a 13-kilometre ride from the carnival site at Bukit Mengkubau, Jalan Tanjung Selasih.

A member of RPN Kampung Panchor Village Consultative Council, Mohamad Nazrie Sai said, "The previous events have been very good, although it was initially opened only for residents of Kampong Panchor, but participation is now open for all due to requests from the public.

"More than 200 participants attended the first event and requested for the second event. Each entry will be given a lucky draw number and each payment will be used to the village's environment cleaning project."

The route of the event will cover all areas in Kampong Panchor, Mengkubau National
Housing area.

The carnival will also feature sporting events for Kampong Panchor on January 27-29.

"A futsal, tug-of-war, netball will be organised in addition to singing, cooking and calligraphy competition during the three-day carnival," said Nazrie.
