The Continuing Education and Training Division of Institute of Brunei Technical Education, (IBTE CET), has opened the application for the Academic Upgrading Programme for the year 2017.

Application for the Brunei Cambridge GCE 'O' Level Academic Upgrading Programme is open to the public, aged 17 years old and above, who have never studied and sat for GCE 'O' Level Examination. 

While application for the Brunei Cambridge GCE 'A Level Academic Upgrading Programme is open to the public, aged 19 years and above, and must have obtained at least three Credits in GCE 'O' Level before the year 2016.

Application forms and further information related to the Academic Upgrading Programme can be obtained from IBTE CET, Gadong during office hours.

Completed application forms along with the required supporting documents (such as copies of academic certificates, Identification Card, school leaving certificates and passport size photos) must be returned to IBTE CET not later than January 31.

Any application submitted after the closing date will not be entertained. Only the short-listed applicants will be contacted for registration and payment process.

In addition, IBTE CET is offering various GCE 'O' Level and IGCSE Level examination preparation short courses in order to cater the school leavers who have previously sat for the examination and have registered to sit for the May/ June 2017 examination.
