BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN

The Magistrate's Court yesterday ordered the remand of a Bruneian man and four Indonesian men to assist investigations in a case where they allegedly agreed to a conspiracy to commit gang robbery armed with a deadly weapon.

Eighteen-year-old Bruneian, Muhammad Syafiq bin Rosman, and Indonesians Angga Andik Nur Cahyo, 24, Fuad Muzaka, 21, and Yudi Herdhianto, 25, allegedly agreed to conspire in a car at 10.40pm at a house in Jalan Kustin, Terunjing some time before January 17 this year to commit a gang robbery armed with a deadly weapon on the same day of $3,727 belonging to City Mobile Enterprise.

Senior Magistrate Lailatul Zubaidah binti Hussain fixed the case for further mention on January 24, 2017.
