The Religious Teachers University College of Seri Begawan (KUPU SB) yesterday received a working visit from the Rector of the Al-Fatih Islamic Campus branch of Al-Shams Higher Institute for Shariah, Arabic and Islamic Studies, Damascus, Syria.

The head of delegation was Professor Dr Husameddin Farfour M Salleh, Rector of the Islamic Campus, and upon arrival the delegates were welcomed by Dr Abang Haji Hadzmin binAbang Haji Taha, the Acting Deputy Ra'es of KUPU SB and key officers of KUPU SB.

The event saw a briefing on KUPU SB by Ustaz Mohd Hilmy Baihaqy bin Haji Awang Yussof, 
Director of International Office and Public Relations of KUPU SB, which continued with a discussion session.

The working visit aimed to strengthen collaboration in the field of education and research as well as to obtain further information on programmes offered at KUPU SB while at the same time strengthening ties.
