VFA to Organise Manager Meeting

The Veteran Football Association (VFA), the organisers of the DST National Veteran Football League 2017, will be organising a managers' meeting and team draw at the Multi-Purpose Hall of NFABD on February 3 at 3pm.


Managers of the teams who will be participating in the competition are required to attend the event in the efforts of the organisers to provide a detailed explanation concerning the competition which is being organised for the eighth consecutive time.


A total of 44 teams has been registered this year, five teams more than the previous year.


This year, VFA has divided the competition into two namely President 1 and President 2 in addition to the VFA Cup, a knock-out tournament which is formerly known as the FA Cup. President 1 will feature 20 teams while the other 24 teams will be listed in President 2.


The teams will be play in a league format in their respective groups which fate will be determined during Fridays draw.
