HM Consented to Send a Message of Condolences to Japan's Premier Over Recent Earthquake

His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, has sent a message of condolences to Shinzo Abe, Prime Minister of Japan following the devastating earthquake in Kumamoto Prefecture.
The message stated that His Majesty was saddened to learn of the earthquake which resulted in loss of lives and considerable damage to property.
On behalf His Majesty's Government and the people of Brunei Darussalam, His Majesty conveyed his heartfelt sympathies to the Government and people of Japan, especially the bereaved families of the victims.
