The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (MCYS) will be holding the National Level Al-Quran Reading Competition (NLAQR) at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium, Berakas from 30 March to 3 April 2017.

Registration for NLAQR is now open for citizens born between 1 January to 31 December 2002, holding a Yellow or Purple identity card, and the applicant must not have won any Al-Quran reading competitions organised by the MCYS or the Malaysia gov't.

The registration forms are available at the Youth Division at the 3rd floor of the Youth and Sports Department of the MCYS and branches of the Youth and Sports Department in the other districts during office hours.

The deadline to submit the form is on 16 March 2017 before 4.30pm. For further details, interested parties can contact the Secretariat at 2381903 ext 1304, 1305 or 1306.
