The Magistrate's Court on Monday (April 18) ordered further police investigations into the case of a forty-two-year-old local man who is charged with outraging the modesty of a 15-year-old girl.

The defendant, Johari bin Haji Zaini, allegedly kissed on the lips and groped the breasts of the girl whilst pinning her onto the bed with his body in a bedroom at his house on April 16, 2016.

Magistrate Azrimah Abdul Rahman did not record the defendant's plea to give way to the investigations and fixed the case for further mention on April 25.

DPP Shamshuddin Haji Kamaluddin prosecuted the case.
