Malaysian Men Arrested for Gambling

Three Malaysians were ordered by the Magistrate’s Court to pay fines of $1,000 each after they pleaded guilty to gambling.
Chia Boon Sieu, 36, Lam Kaw Chay, 59 and Lee Bing Yen, 42, would have to serve a month's jail in default of payment.
Senior Magistrate Azrimah binti Abdul Rahman heard from the prosecution that the trio was arrested at 1:50am on February 7, 2013 at a house in Kampong Kilanas in a raid conducted by the Anti-Vice and Gambling Suppression Unit of the Royal Brunei Police Force while they were playing a game called Pai Kow.
