Secondary School Welcomes Delegations from Japan

Interaction between Bruneian and Japan students is among activities during Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths JENESYS programme. The objective of the programme is to encourage an understanding of Japan's economics, society, history, diverse culture, politics and diplomatic relations among Asian countries by promoting mutual trust and understanding of the people of Japan and the respective regions and also to build a basis for future friendship and cooperation.
Yesterday, Sayidina Hasan Secondary School welcomed a delegation from Yamaguchi Prefectural Shimonoseki Nishi High School. The delegation consisting of 20 students and 2 teachers was given a short briefing about the background of the school and toured several classes in the school.
