The Tutong Sixth Form Centre yesterday celebrated 53 outstanding students at the Prize Presentation ceremony who achieved academic excellence in the BC-GCE 'A' and 'AS' Level examinations in November 2016. The ceremony aimed to inject encouragement and motivation so that the students continue to achieve excellence. The ceremony took place at the Multi-purpose hall of the Tutong Sixth Form Centre.

 

Dayang Hajah Murni binti Abdullah, the Principal of the Tutong Sixth Form Centre in her welcoming speech expressed her pride on the success of the school in accomplishing its target. According to her, 96 point 2-7 percents of the students achieved from 1 to 4 A grades. The ceremony coincided with prizes presentation to students who showed excellent performance with the aid of the "Privileged Guided Learning" programme. Meanwhile, Awang Teo Zhi Perng was selected as the best student in academics for 2016 and Awang Arzree Anak Francis as the recipient of "Hadion's Mathematics Award 2016".
