Can you see him? (Picture: Deadline News)

Now you can pretend you’re in sunny Australia by letting your dog jump on your trampoline.

At least, it sort-of worked for this dog owner from Clackmannanshire in Scotland, whose dog looks just like a kangaroo when he’s trampolining.

Footage shot of from next door shows the dog bouncing up and down so it can poke its head above a wall.

The animal was trying to catch a glimpse of a woman who was filming it while walking her own dog in Westend Park.

The smartphone footage was then sent to Shirley MacMillan, who owns dog day care centre Safe Paws.

She then uploaded the footage to Facebook.

‘She was walking her own dog when she spotted it. It’s so funny because it’s taken just a couple of doors down from where I used to live,’ she wrote.

‘It’s ridiculously funny. It’s like he was wanting a treat or just wanting to say hi.

‘It’s gone a little viral but I can see why because it is hilarious.’

Everyone loved the clip of course.

One Facebook user wrote: ‘Is it a dog or a kangaroo? Absolutely brilliant.’

Another added: ‘Aww poor baby wants to get out and play.’
