RBPF Championed the IFG

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN

 

The Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) is crowned as the champion for the 12th Inter-Forces Games (IFG) after winning against the Singapore Police Force which began from the 25th to 28th March.

 

The Singapore Police Force managed to win netball and badminton while the RBPF took the other three; football, sepak takraw and golf.

 

The hosts enjoyed a 2-1 victory in the football event which helped guide them to the IFG title.

 

Commissioner of Police, Royal Brunei Police Force, Dato Paduka Seri Haji Mohd Jammy bin Haji Muhd Shah Al-Islam highlighted the sporting endeavours of the athletes whilst helping forge new friendships between the two respected police forces.

 

Also present were Dato Paduka Seri Hoong Wee Teck, Commissioner of Police, Singapore Police Force and High Commissioner of Singapore to Brunei Darussalam Lim Hong Huai.
