Local Traditional Industry to Be Showcased at Royal Wharf

Members of the public and tourists are able to see the local traditional industry when the seminar and exhibition starts today and continues till this Sunday at the Dermaga Diraja in the capital.
The event is organised by the Brunei Academy Studies (APB) of Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) from 8am
9pm.
The seminar and exhibition will be opened by the Acting Brunei-Muara District Officer, Misle bin Haji Abdul Karim.
The activities include showcasing and sharing the findings of traditional industrial products based on the research of 24 UBD students who carried out the projects since January this year - products that are from the food industry, textile, handicrafts and farming.
In addition, traditional dances, 'Gulingtangan' musical presentation, vendor activities, colouring activities for children, quiz games related to Brunei traditional industries are also being showcased.
