To disseminate more on the salary deduction, the Mosque Affairs Department, Ministry of Religious Affairs is organising a 6 day roadshow for civil servants at the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Tahfiz Al-Quran Institute. The roadshow held yesterday involved officers and personnel from the Prime Minister's Office and Ministry of Finance.

Awang Haji Rajid bin Haji Muhd Salleh, Director of Mosque Affairs who is also Head of the Fund Secretariat in a briefing explained that the fund's establishment is to help the government build new mosque, restore and extend mosque buildings as well as to help provide the necessary facilities required by mosques.
