The National Level Isra' Mikraj Celebration for 1438 Hijrah / 2017 will be held this Monday at the International Convention Centre in Berakas. The theme for this year's celebration is "Iman Teguh, Aqidah Kukuh" or Strong Faith, Solid Belief. To ensure the smooth running of the function, a full rehearsal was held this morning.

The rehearsal was witnessed by Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Aziz bin Pengiran Jaya Negara Pengiran Haji Abu Bakar, the Yang Di-Pertua of Adat Istiadat Negara and Dato Paduka Awang Haji Abdul Mokti bin Haji Mohammad Daud, Acting Minister of Religious Affairs as the Deputy Chairman of the Celebration's Executive Committee. According to the Joint Deputy Secretary of this year's National Level Israk Mikraj celebration, the theme carries the meaning that the faith and belief bestowed by Allah S.W.T should be appreciated and protected well. Dayang Hajah Siti Mahyana binti Pehin Siraja Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Doctor Ustaz Haji Awang Yahya said it is akin to receiving an invaluable gift, which will be looked after as there is no other opportunity of obtaining it.

This year's celebration will be highlighted with an exhibition from various agencies, mukim and kampung consultative councils and entrepreneurs. Sales booths are available giving an opportunity to small and medium entrepreneurs to promote their goods. There will also be an al-Fatihah and solat clinic for the refinement of al-fatihah verses pronunciation and solat.
