The sign of love from Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. for his followers is shown by the description of His experience during his journey from Mekah to Masjidil Aqsa in Baitulmaqdis, Palestine, and his journey from Baitulmaqdis to Sidratul Muntaha. This was among the contents of a Special Talk held in conjunction with the Ceremony to Commemorate the Event of Israk and Mikraj, for the Prime Minister's Office and the Departments under it, this afternoon.

The Special Talk entitled, "Sayang Nabi Kepada Umat" or "The Prophet's Love For His Followers," was delivered by Awang Isham bin Ismail, a Lecturer from the Islamic Dakwah Centre, also touched on the special syariat the Prophet received during the historic event of his ascension, that is the commadment on the daily five prayers. Present at the talk was Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Lela Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdul Rahman bin Dato Setia Haji Mohamed Taib, the Speaker of the Legislative Council. Also present were Dato Paduka Awang Haji Hamdan bin Haji Abu Bakar, Acting Minister of Defence, Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Paduka Hajah Hayati binti Pehin Orang Kaya Shahbandar Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohamad Salleh, the Attorney-General and Dato Paduka Awang Haji Mohamad Roselan bin Haji Mohamad Daud, the Deputy Minister at the Prime Minister's Office. The ceremony was organised jointly by the Legislative Council Department and the National Security Committee Sekretariat. The ceremony aimed to further strengthen relations among the staffs of the Prime Minister's Office and Departments under it, apart from commemorating the Israk and Mikraj of Great Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alahi Wassalam.
