Instilling understanding and further strengthening the assimilation of Malay Islamic Monarchy, MIB values amongst undergraduates are among the matters stressed upon in the Civic Village Programme briefing session for Post-Graduates. The briefing emphasised on the importance of assimilating MIB as a way of facing any challenges and influence of globalisation while overseas.
The MIB briefing was delivered by Doctor Haji Muhammad Hadi bin Muhammad Melayong, Head of the Malay Islamic Monarchy Executive Committee Secretariat. The existence of the Brunei Malay Sultanate and the history of the establishment of MIB are also among the matters clarified during the briefing on the general offences and sentences imposed in Islamic law. The programme not only enhances the personal skills and potential in together making a reality of the Wawasan Brunei 2035 but also instils and cultivates a spirit of nationhood.
