Present to witness the signing ceremony was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Singamanteri Retired Colonel Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohammad Yasmin bin Haji Umar, Minister of Energy and Industry at the Prime Minister's Office as the Chairman of the Board of DARe.

The Minister of Energy and Industry at the Prime Minister's Office in an interview said that the incubation space will provide opportunities for entrepreneurs to develop their products and services, as well as to take on valuable knowledge and experiences in running their businesses.
