Police Cadet Exchange Programme

35 members of the National Police Cadet Corp Singapore, NPCC arrived in the country yesterday, for a 5-day exchange programme.

 

Upon arrival at the Brunei International Airport, they were welcomed by Senior Inspector Adinin bin Haji Ahmad, Supervising Officer of the Brunei Police Cadet Force and its members. The Singapore Police cadet corps delegation was led by Superintendent Ho Poh Heng, Commandant of the NPCC. According to him, the programme among other matters aimed to foster cooperation relations between the two parties apart from identifying team and leadership techniques used by the Brunei Police cadet Force as well as the culture of Brunei Darussalam.

 

In an interview, Senior Inspector Adinin stated that the exchange programme is frequently held and is the 7th programme of its kind. A number of visits have been scheduled throughout the delegation's stay in the country. The itinerary includes a view of the country's culture especially through a visit to Kampong Ayer.
