His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to send a congratulatory message to His Excellency Lee Nak-yon on the occasion of his appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea.

In the message, His Majesty looked forward to working closely with His Excellency in deepening the long-standing bilateral ties between Brunei Darussalam and the Republic of Korea as well as partner in the Asia-Pacific Region. In ending the message, His Majesty conveyed his best wishes for His Excellency's success in his new post.
