An Indonesian Imprisoned for Entering and Living Without Legal Immigration Pass

An Indonesian was sentenced to 5 months imprisonment for an offence under the Immigration Act Chapter 17 Section 6 (1) (c).
Suparti, aged 50 was found guilty for entering and living in the country without legal Immigration Pass. The accused was detained by Law Enforcement Officers of the Immigration and National Registration Department at a rented house in Pekan Muara in Kekang Operation on the 6th June 2017.
