Youth Development Programme Helps to Train Future Youth to Cultivate Self Identity and Self Confidence

39 trainees received the Best Trainee Award of the Youth Development Programme, PPB, for the January 2017 Session. The Award was presented at the Passing-out Parade ceremony held this morning at the Youth Development Centre, Tanah Jambu.
The award was handed over by Awang Haji Noor Jusmin bin Haji Abdul Samad, the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports. 70 trainees received the City and Guild Certificate which is internationally recognised. Through the training course, the trainees developed a competitive spirit and self-confidence that form the foundation for their future. The 6-month training which also include working placement, aims to cultivate the self-identity of competitive attitude and self-confidence, as well as to serve as the life foundation of the trainees for the future.
