Trying to get your humble abode presentable for important photo which will make your home desirable is hard enough.

It could be a dirty sink, a misplaced cushion or even an open tin of dog food in the frame and it could be curtains for the house sale.

When an Australian couple posted a picture of their home on Melbourne’s Bell Real Estate’s website they might have been a tad worried when the page views started rocketing.

However, it was not a grotspot or a rat in the kitchen, it was their mischievous son’s photobombing which had captured the hearts of house-hunters.

Adorable three-year-old Henry McAdam got into the shot and onto the website without his mother Jenny noticing.

Only when a family friend got in touch to tell her about Henry’s surprise appearance did she know her photogenic toddler had beaten her best efforts to keep him out of shot.

She said: ‘We were huddling in the laundry locking him in. Even the real estate agent was helping me keep him out of the shots.

‘I just don’t understand it because he usually refuses to have his photo taken.

‘But he loves doing whatever he’s told not to do… so I guess that’s why he was so keen to get out of the laundry and see what the photographer was up to.’

Family friend Lorelei Vashti helped send the hilarious photo viral on Instagram.

She said: ‘I am literally obsessed with this kid who snuck into his family’s professional ‘house for sale’ photo shoot,’ she wrote.

‘DISCLAIMER: I actually know this kid and this house, it’s fantastic and you should all buy it and move out to Belgrave with us.
