Parents who performed the Sunat prayers at night beside their children who are fast asleep can help educate them in becoming pious individuals. Apart from that, parents are also encouraged to look at their sleeping child's face. This was among the content of talk during the "Masjidku Makmur, Negara Berkat" programme held di the Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Mosque early yesterday.

Earlier, the congregants performed the Fardhu Subuh prayer. Present was Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Abdul Mokti bin Haji Mohd Daud, Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs. The pre-dawn talk entitled "'Sayangkan Anak Tangan-Tangankan' delivered by Pengiran Haji Haslin bin Pengiran Haji Ali, Acting Assistant Director of Mosque Affairs, among other things highlighted that parents are responsible for shaping their children to become pious individuals. Parents are also responsible in teaching them good manners and become a good example for their children.
