KUALA BELAIT

The Get-Together ceremony with citizens and residents in the Belait District in conjunction with His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam's 71st Birthday celebration will be held today. A full rehearsal for the special performances was held yesterday at the Padang Bandaran in Jalan Sultan, Kuala Belait. Present to watch the rehearsal was Awang Haji Harris bin Othman, the Belait District Officer. The preparations include a special performance to welcome the arrival of the beloved Monarch. The climax of the event will see the participation of citizens and residents from various levels in the Belait District.
