Six women were honoured with the Outstanding Entrepreneur Award by the Women's Business Council. The award presentation was held last night in conjunction with the Business Women Day and the 17th anniversary of the Council. Present at the occasion was Dayang Rostinah binti Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Sura Pahlawan Dato Paduka Haji Awang Mohammad Tahir, the Acting Director of Community Development. The Business Women Council is the main activity of the Brunei Darussalam Women Entrepreneurs Council since it was formed in 2000 and acts the voice of its members in the country. The Women's Business Council is also a member of the ASEAN Women's Business Network which is scheduled to take part at an exhibition in August in the Philippines.
