Permanent Resident Fined In Customs Case

KUALA BELAIT
The Kuala Belait Magistrate's Court has fined a permanent resident 2-thousand 280 dollars or 2 months imprisonment in default under the Excise Order 2006.
46 year-old, David Lee Kai Hui, was found guilty in possession of 4 cartons of cigarette and 14 cans of alcoholic drinks in an inspection at the Kuala Lurah Control Post on the 4th of November 2014. He was instructed to pay 300 dollars and the balance must be paid before 31st of October this year.
